I use them in recipes but when drinking in milk only I use a half packet; it has a very strong chocolatey flavor.

Bought this once before, was fairly pleased with it.
Not amazing flavor but not bad, but for the price and nutritional value it makes for a quick cheap breakfast replacement

Carnation is 36g, but close enough. So 19g vs 11g == 8g of sugar difference.
Both products suggestion is to add to Milk, and both products show Nutrition info With and Without 1 cup vitamin A&D...
