You can manually tune memory kits. If a kit comes with a Cas of 18. It's possible to get it as low as 16. With Ryzen 3000 aka. Zen2. There is a significant difference between 3600mhz and 3200mhz....

Try adding a little voltage, and you should be able to get it @ 17, with some 16 settings. You could argue that the ripJaws could get 15 settings though.
