That's good.... but looks like I'll be limited to 30 Hz with the HDMI connection. Probably not a big issue for productivity though. This will be by no means my main computer.

sorry but that's not true. as i mentioned earlier, it's either the adblocker or ghostery. disable those and it should show the correct price. that's what i had to do and was also able to activate 2%...
