Yes, if your snowblower takes 5w-30. Which most do. I use it in my Ariens without issues. I Change it at the end of the snow season so its not sitting on dirty oil.

In the diesel world, Rotella is known colloquially as Rosesmella, but only the dino version suffers from the smell, T6, the 15w40 syn is much easier on the nose.

check the oil cap on your snowblower it should tell you the weight of the oil. mine takes 5w30...but regular oil is just fine.
