Dang, if you can replace brakes and rotors. You can definitely change the oil. Use cardboard underneath to absorb the oil leaking down.

I agree. Brakes are a sealed fluid system. If it's "low" there's very likely a problem somewhere. Investigate it quickly before you brush it off and find yourself unable to stop.

On mine, 3/6 caps were completely off the bottles and the silver seal was broken in some spots. On the new box of 6, 5/6 lids were loose but not completely off and no seals broken.
