Uh, no? It's the same number generated by their system, just in a clearer format. Besides, the image in the OP will scan if your HF doesn't have crappy scanners.

She probably hasn't. Harbor Freight only started doing it recently. The under $10 items are the ones they change SKUs on most frequently, so it's a good way of clearing outdated inventory.

Their mailers vary by geographic location. Which is part of why hfqpdb is useful. The coupon you get isn't necessarily the best one on that item.

It depends on the mil spec you use. The 3 and 5 mil are supposed to be as light as they are. They're exam gloves, not gloves meant for oil changes. The 9mil gloves aren't much more and...
