I have to agree, it's a piece of crap, but not for the reasons everyone thinks. Once you lose the transmitter, you're screwed...there's no way to replace it.

I know, I own one. It still "doesn't have a real scroll wheel" and "doesn't have real back and forward buttons." The touch functionality is, at best, passable.

Isn’t it bluetooth too? Which would mean you don’t need the transmitter. The transmitter is for 2.4ghz connectivity.
