The N3350 is just fine in a Chromebook but don't even think about it for a Windows lappy unless you don't mind it being pretty slow. I only use Windows a few times a year and I find my N4200...

There's nothing wrong with Celerons. The problem comes from matching them with 32gb of slow eMMC storage and less than 4GB of ram. This Celeron and built-in graphics have no problem playing...
