I'm not sure but judging by the limited stock and "SAVE 66% thru 01/31/2020" I'd say it is a clearance item. Lowe's has really done some weird stuff lately in terms of pricing and how they advertise...

You don't need a wet blade to make cuts on tiles. Once the cut is started it shouldn't chip.Recommending a wet saw blade means buying a different tool entirely, anyway.

You might look at a tuck point blade... I like the two bladed sandwich ones, but the single thicker ones are fine. And you are probably going to need a small chisel for the ends where the blade...
