Actually this works great on black wall tires. Gets all the gunk off from tire shine and road grime. Usually takes two times... I use a scrub brush... you will see a lot of brown residue come off...

Stuff is awesome at getting bugs off vehicles. Spray it on, let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute and wash off, rarely do you have to scrub.
