3 year old? I just received this and yeah, not easy. I hard a hard time with it. I also have a 3 year old. I don't think he'll manage without my help. (as in I build everything and he watches) Legos...

You must be in the Lego club class. My did doesn't know class and he loves them both. Good deal. FYI the knex roller coaster I has as a kid was 100x more entertaining than my Legos. Oh good times.

Same here. My 3 year old is loving my 20-25 year old sets now (which are still in great shape, minus a few yellowed white pieces). I probably have 5-6k pieces from various sets. He also loves Lego's....

Poor kid's legos. Upper middle class dads walk into the Lego store and drop 50-80 bucks for their kid. lower class dad's drop into Walmart and pick this up. Sad state of affairs.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I had way more fun with these things versus Lego as a kid.
