I have made this drive many times. It is about 9 hours with no traffic. No tolls if you take 77 to 81 to 78. It probably takes between 40-50 of gas depending on your car.

Great deal for those in North NJ. I think there's a Port Authority bus that takes you to this airport. Otherwise, good luck getting a ride from anyone; the tolls make this unfortunately expensive.
