They sell another charger that actually have 90W for $59. I have a feeling that anytime you use more than just the 60W port, it will drop it down to 45W? What is that 5% additional coupon?

there are two versions. there's a 90W one for $59 and the 75W one which is this one on sale and referred to in this thread for $29.

how does this deliver power? it says 75W total... 60W + 18W + 5V x 2.4A should equal to 90W...?? does 60W decrease to 45W when all four ports are being used?
