I just got this on ebay about 2 weeks ago for my kids. Can take some time to find a match but people still play. Kinda annoying you need exactly 8 (4v4) to do a game and it can't be 2v2 or something...

As someone else said there are still multiplayer matches available but it’s mostly Japanese folks, and the Wii U is extremely hackable so cheating is rampant.

I have had that plague with audio disks from the 90s but I attribute that to extreme tempatursz in a car. The disks that have cases in my home I do not see any damage other than occasional scratches
