I have used them for POE runs multiple times, they work just as well as the thicker standard cat 6 cables. Absolutely no discernible difference.

I hate to argue with a 'rando' about these cables but your strawman argument is as silly as the other guy who didn't know the difference between Volts and Watts.
You can run 15 or 50 of these in...

I love these. I haven't had any issues and neither have a lot of other people.... but then again I don't run them as a bundle of 15.
Have you even actually used these?

Not really as slim thickness as the flat cable but slimmer diameter. This is like regular round cable slightly smaller diameter

Are the 24AWG a good buy? I'm looking for a 20' so it's those or the slim run. Figure it might be time to start buying cables that support 10G. Has anyone used the slim run with 10G?

Did our entire wiring closet with these for patches, highly recommended for anything under 20' imho. (Yes, PoE+ works fine for short runs, I never stressed it for length.)

I wasn't going to call out my anecdotal use case which mirrors yours, but thanks for adding.
Once again, these cables are perfectly fine for basically all normal uses.

I use 48 of the 1.5 footers as patches in my POE panel. No problems at all, 48v poe is carried perfectly. All the cabling after that 1.5 feet is solid copper cat5e though

I have one of the thin ones and was surprised at just how thin it is. So far it works well. It’s thin like a thin lightning charging cable.
