Not true. You can side load just about anything including the Sapp using the Downloader app. It is not complicated to do.

They dropped the ball on this one. The Roku 3 has better software and less glitches. I don't use 4k so don't care about that. Went back to my 3 and boxed this one up. Was sent this by Sling instead...

How is the User interface compared to Roku though? Is it complicated? My Amazon Prime apps are a mess on iOS and Apple TV, hard to differentiate anything that is free vs pay/rent.
