Many of us prefer roku's clean and simple interface. I find fire tv's to be a pita and cluttered beyond belief.

Agree. I find roku much easier/simpler to use. Had a 1st gen fire stick that was almost useless after a year bc it was so slow, meanwhile have multiple 5+ year old roku devices still working...

This simply isn't true for 90% of people. It's an overstated issue. In fact, 5ghz is way more finicky than 2.4ghz, but it still works good for most people as well.
