Tbh just look for the bits you need for the power tool you have. I run torx a lot so I buy sets that have a lot of t20 or t25.

Buy the set once to get the extenders and holders. Then only buy the bits as you need them. I use about 4 types total all the time, but have the others in the set if needed. Jmo

Both of your questions have been answered. Flextorq is made more for 1/4 inch hex shank impact drivers hence "torq" being in the name and your question about compatibility should be common sense man....
