They will all fit for sure but some are rated for 10Gbps and some are 480Mbps..etc. .. Other lower quality with thin wires can only charge at lower speed.

You have to double check the rating. USB-C cords can data transfer at different speeds and can charge at different speeds. (This is on top of having to check what charger you're using)

I have a bunch of these. Good quality cables but do not support QC 3.0. Personally I prefer a slower charge since it's better according to Battery University and these are great for that.
