I paid $25 each. In theory you would buy 2 and one pizza goes on rack and the other above it. Gets nice and crisy when cooking at 500. Cheaper than buying a $200 outdoor pizza oven..

Steel has significantly lower thermal conductivity than aluminum which is good for baking in this case. Also, since you heat the oven up with this in there the pizza will make contact with a surface...
