Yep. I'm sure there is some technical difference in the additive package, but you could use it in anything. Check BITOG for VOAs to be sure.

I personally change my oil every 5k just to keep the math simpler. With today’s synthetic oils, I think 6k would be fine too.

Unless you're severely stressing the engine, should have no problem with once per year oil change. Periodically check the oil level of course. Add as needed.

3 month? That is a collosal waste of oil. Unless you are in Anchorage, or track your vehicle on weekends, 5-10k miles with full synthetic is fine. I've yet to know one person who's lost an engine...
