frames are kind of a gimmick with a mediocre picture, if youre still in the return period id return and get a better TV edit, doesnt have local dimming and its HDR peak brightness isn't high...

The TV is delivered by a store, not Greentoe. They are just a middle man, kinda like Priceline for consumer products. Mine came a big box store with full manufacturer's warranty.
