Instead of something like this, I bought a regular extension cable with 3 outlets on the end, and plugged in my normal, trusted, high-amp charger. Works the same and more reliable and trusted.

For any serious devices, like a couple tablets, I'd suggest just getting a stand alone charger. These power strips are never going to stack up well in terms of the watts and the charging features.
