I had the same issue when I logged in via connecting my samsung account. I made a new account, didn't link it to my samsung account and the free 6 months showed up when selecting premium (s10e).

I installed from the playstore and saw an option under premium specifically for Samsung but for some reason when I clicked on it, it said that I was not eligible even though this was a new account.
