We flip houses, and put or porter cables through HEAVY usage They're not professional grade, but they're damn fine for what they are. Definitely better than just 'occasional use'

I saw this at my local Walmart around xmas for $40 and it was $40 on Amazon so I didnt buy. I considered pulling the trigger this time though and the price just went up.
