The main problem is the 9750h, which is very anemic for gaming.
It's got a 50-60watt limit, so for esports titles, you don't get very high framerate as the CPU locks to only 4ghz.

That is not true, a 2500k @ 5ghz pushes around 320-450fps
On the 9750h, I can only get it to ~ 200-300fps. The average and minimum Fps is MUCH lower.
This is with undervolting AND liquid...

Get a cheap 1660ti or 2060 for $650-1000. Save your money.
