From what I understand probably not. Unless you feel like games are bottlenecked by your cpu now, you might notice very little difference with that upgrade.

2060 kind of overkill for his purpose of Microsoft Office and light gaming. I'd stick to RX580 at half the cost. The rest can be used on a cheap freesync monitor to keep it under $1000 total.
