In most states yes. If you go through the motions to make the offer on Greentoe, they'll tell you I if the seller collects tax for your state.

My friend recently bought this TV. It's nice. It has very deep blacks with very little blooming. HDR may not be quite as punchy as my X900F, but this TV wins in contrast, smart features and viewing...

I would not say the one of the worst, as it does not amplify glare like TCL but pretty much all TVs do not do well in a brightly lit room except for the Q80 and Q90 because the have really good...

I used to have a LG Oled from 2015-16 the curved 3D model and this Samsung is significantly worst with lights. I also own a 55 TCL 6 series but it’s in the basement so I never tested its reflection...

Agreed. Most people don't understand HDR standards. Dolby Vision (DV) and HDR10+ are a must have.

No TV will have both. Samsung uses their own standard, to compete with DV, which is HDR10+. That's why they don't support Dolby Vision. Sony, Vizio, LG, etc support DV, but will not support HDR10+.
