Your programs and os should be both on ssd, data on the regular drive. You shouldn't consolidate just to clutter a new ssd with static data since ssd's work better the more empty they are and live...

My benchmark is 20% of where normal is according to cinebench. So, better than a stock integrated APU if I had chosen intel but not good for gaming and no 4k.

Er... you'd have to go back 30+ years for a $155 purchase to be equivalent to a $300+ purchase today. Inflation has been pretty low in recent years. I'm in the same boat as far as a slow upgrade...
