Is this relatively good or bad? These paper towel deals get so confusing, my head hurts when I try to figure them out. The manufacturers really go out of their way to obfuscate.

Note that the offer changed today. There are now ones where you have to buy 3 and get a $10 gift card. The retail is 16.89 so you are just over the $50. My concern is how the giftcard is shown on...
