They have 2 year warranties. When you near 2 years, call Sonicare and have them replace it. I've also had them fail at 2.5 years, after warranty expired and my CC extended warranty paid me back...

Yes, totally correct. Had fakes sent to me when it was shipped and sold by Amazon... left a negative review for the item and they removed it. But for this price will probably give it another shot
