Panasonic needs to come out with a different technology for its electric shavers. Obviously the only way to improve foil technology shave is to endlessly pile on more blades making the surface size...

You’re correct but varies on how course your facial hair is and frequency of use. I have a higher up model I inherited and I change blade and most importantly the screen annually. Not too expensive...

There's always ... Braun 7/9 is better for some vs Arc5 is better than Braun 7/9 for others, making comparison shopping a challenge. Can't we all get along?

This is the correct answer. This is wet/dry shaver, use gel/foam/lubricant for best possible shave. You wouldn't shave naked with a razor blade, would you?

I got one for Christmas. Coming from a Series 7, I was very impressed by it. Although the head is quite larger, the shave is very close. Closer than I’ve ever had using an electric razor. Having had...

No it does not. I changed from the Braun 9 which would shed hairs especially if I didn't shave on the weekend to the newer model of the ARC 5 and it provides a much closer cleaner shave with a...

I tried this one before and it was very bulky, gets very hot and doesn’t shave well. Returned it and bought Braun 9 from Costco. Really good.

Wait for the Arc 4 to go on sale again for around ~$70. It was a definite upgrade over the Arc 3 and makes for a quicker shave. Completely agree. The Arc 3 on sale still is a good buy, but after...

Another thing, with Arc 3 and 4 there were always a missed hair or two in the neck area. They just will not cut anything longer than a 1/4" or so, not so with the Arc 5.
