Frequency response on this is meh.. 29 is still common. Lower than that means port noise! Just get dayton 12 or even better is the dayton 15

Name, brand, it doesn't matter. All that matters is if the subs perform similarly (frequency response, loudness, etc). If they do, they can be used together with no issues.
