RAV power has some good tech but I think the Anker build quality is superior. I have this exact charger and use it to charge an iphone xr and a macbook retina, they charge super fast with this Anker.

On the ravpower post, someone stated they had both and the ravpower is significantly smaller. I own both Anker and Ravpower products and don’t see any lacking in build quality.

I believe cables above a certain wattage require E-Marker chips in the connector to properly negotiate voltage and various other capabilities.

What's funny about that is that RavPower isn't even GaN, yet it's still smaller than the Anker which is GaN. RavPower's GaN tech is quite a bit smaller than Anker's.

The data on Amazon for RAVpower is incorrect. The actual dimensions are 2.6 x 2.6 x 1.2 inches so about the same as Anker.
