Just picked one up! The store had plenty more (8 or more) in stock... It wasn't in the area with all of the shopvacs... it was next to the paint area in the "clearance" section.

Dont trust BrickSeek on the inventory. If it says 2 - 3, they're more than likely out. It lists my Walmart as "Limited Stock" and I saw at least 10 of them stacked in the middle of the isle outside...
