If you like bass, the q20 is good. ANC is OK, no worse or better than current ANC on Airpod Pro, but not as good as Bose or Sony.

I have both and it has been quite the opposite? The bass on the Q10 is a level above the Q20 and much louder. The ANC is nice especially if traveling but the passive noise reduction on the Q10 works...
