depends on the internal desigt, but I'd say it will, unless you charge other units at the same time. but if your laptop have USB-C charging, it probably won't work, USB-C chargers use different...

That is true. Most of my devices arent needing PD so that's why I got this. Look for what you actually need. I think for most people that have older phones and older tablets, this would suffice.

I'd say yes. Basically the highest wattage is the only one you worry about being supported.. so if it supports 60w, everything below that is supported.

you have to worry about the total wattage used when charging, as well. 45+15 is 60, I wouldn't connect any more devices to it, while outputting at max rate.
