In case this helps: 3/4 inch socket is essentially 19MM (cannot tell the difference) 7/16 inch is 11MM (Almost perfect fit) 11/16 may work as a 17 mm but is not a good fit (about 17.5MM) ...

I guess if you are talking about a 1/4" hex drive impact driver, you would need a 3/8" square drive adapter and then it might kind of work if your lug nuts are 3/4" and your impact driver was strong...
