If you do an online order with ship to store you will not get the clearance price. The item has to be available at your local store and be available to do in-store pickup for it (not ship to store)....

We have our keypad setup in the kitchen which is where our garage door enters the house. You can adjust the time needed to disarm. The key fobs work great for this.
