That's my understanding as well, that the 4k 60hz signal would take up all available lanes from the single USB-C connection and there would be no bandwidth left for any of the other ports.

The included 24w power supply is for the dock only. It seems (though pics don't show directly) there's another USB C port to plug the laptop charger into and that power passes through to the laptop.
