I have never had an issue with returns. sometimes its wrong size or u dont like the fit. i keep the tags, return as soon as i can (within the policy), keep the receipt u get.

They are pretty bad but the deals are worth the risk. I have had issues with in store returns not being processed correctly and having to make several calls to have the money given back to me.
