New Vegas is great, but the graphics are way dated now. I personally would choose Fallout 4. Pick up the Outer Worlds for $1 on gamepass, is another alternative.

I did and I got both. You can contact their CS but the DLC is nothing more than a few extra things that become added to your inventory after chapter 1 like a burst handgun and a medkit.

I recommend Doom personally if you are lacking time. You can play in short bursts and its easy to pick and play. Division 2 is MMO like, takes way more time to get into and to get things done.
