Change your store to 60609. it should show the discounted price. Add to cart as delivery and checkout using paypal. Do not login to your HD account.

I can't get it to work either, it always adds the shipping when I click the PayPal link in the pop-up after adding it to my cart. There's a link directly on the product page to pay with PayPal...

It took me a bunch of tries. Most important thing seems to be be using private browser, not logging into HD, and clicking pay with PayPal right from the product page instead of from the cart.

I have the big 400+ size unit and it works awesome! Its a modular design so their all the same except mine uses 3 hepa filters. I really like the airflow in on the front out up top it circulates air...
