It still has a small 3.7v battery. I am on the $100/year unlimited camera plan which includes lifetime warranty as long as your plan is active. So far in 3 years they had to replace my Pro once.

Update the base station, and reset it, the. Connect back to network. Literally just repeat everything. Not my favorite system.
