I don't think it was a tool failure. With stock RX 550, CPU-Z lists the "Max lanes" as x8 (RX 550 is x8 card), however, with the GTX 1060, it shows x16.

Dude....he has a 710 on this list, automatically voided credibility, I'd trust any used 570 or 480 over a 710. Save some cash and be able to game on ultra, sounds like a good trade-off.
