Open the iTunes Store and do a search for it. It should show up. The same happened to me too, but searching for it manually worked.

I'm normally a subtitles only guy but they honestly killed it with this dub. I absolutely prefer it. I've watched it both ways. *shrug* If I didn't already own this on Blu-ray I'd pick it up.

In general this is correct, but I wouldn’t let this being an English dub prevent you from buying unless you speak Japanese. For Cowboy Bebop, the translations and voice acting are done very well.
