Intel 660p is much faster than this.
This is SATA drive - identical to 2.5" one. There is no reason to use this in NVME slot. Get 2.5" instead and leave NVME slot specifically for NVME drive.

Those are an "apple to oranges" comparison, because the WD is a SATA interface vs the Intel-660p is PCIE interface.
