This item makes a main claim that is false. It says it is the first high fidelity because it can go from 10hz to 40khz. Well the human ear can only hear from 20hz to 24khz (the same range as a40s)....

I get what you're getting at here, but the claim is true though (assuming they actually do cover range specified). Just cause you can't hear those ranges doesn't mean the headset doesn't cover those...

He’s talking about using the 3.5mm adapter cable to plug into an Xb1 controller or something to that effect. Those controllers are Bluetooth so your audio is then bound by Bluetooth...
