While they aren't unlocked the Moto G7 Supra and LG Stylo 5 are both currently $60 from Cricket and that includes a month of unlimited service. They are better phones than this one.

The mint kit is $0.99 on amazon. It is not $100!! It supposedly gives you 100 mins/100texts/100mb for 7 days (though seems like when you activate you get 250 of each)

4G and 4G LTE are actually two different bands. Verizon uses both, but in a lot of areas their 4G is not LTE and comes from a CDMA signal.
