It won’t be better. Is about it being enough and efficient/cost effective. The GPU alone on this PC is worth $500, there’s no need for such expense or processing power being using office suite....

Def overkill. For the stuff you are describing a normal 500 or so PC will suffice. Try to Maximize your HD space and memory. This CPU and GPU it’s not something needed for those task.

Is this overkill for an office pc (no gaming) just heavy office use, pdf, loading thousands of photo thumbnails, opening tons of tabs at once, etc. Or will a $700 slickdeal PC do just fine
