Did you try to change the delay settings for the driver timeout? It’s a registry setting and it stopped my XFX from crashing to the desktop or having the driver failed to load black screens.

FWIW. I have had this card since 8/29/2019. No issue with the drivers and temps. Fans so run loud but I manually adjusted the fan curve.

Cheap, but very lightweight and loud, cooler is not sufficient for this GPU, it gets hot and ramps up RPMs beyond average loud levels.
